As Co-Founder and CEO, Ryan’s start at zu was a humble one, designing and developing for Saskatoon’s small businesses as he explored the uncharted territory of the Internet in 1995. His role today takes on many forms. Sitting on the Saskatchewan Trade and Export Partnership Board and as a charter member of SaskTech, he promotes our growing industry and all of the innovation taking shape around us. Ryan is the steward of zu culture; he continues to make our office an inspiring place to work.
Launch your Digital Transformation using Design Thinking
Embracing Digital Transformation now dominates many C-suite, government and boardroom agendas. However, CIOs, CTOs, CMOs and CDOs often struggle to create cohesive digital strategies.
Developing a digital strategy using Design Thinking has become a proven method to ensure that digital transformation projects succeed. Over the past 12 months, zu has helped more than 15 clients work through 25 Design Thinking projects, resulting in:
- increased revenues;
- decreased costs;
- improved processes;
- increased stakeholder engagement; and
- improved employee morale.
Help your organization embrace digital transformation, by joining zu and fellow business leaders for lunch and a presentation on Design Thinking and Digital Transformation. Over the lunch hour you will learn how strategic business transformations can be made possible with digital technologies.
We’ll cover the basics of Digital Transformation and Design Thinking using case studies that demonstrate how to break down silos from across your organization to solve complex challenges quickly and transform your business.
You will hear from zu experts and leading innovators in Saskatchewan about their approach to shifting paradigms within corporate cultures, such as Krystal Kolodziejak, Director Innovation at FCC. Krystal will talk about FCC’s Idea Space and Innovation Lab and how they use Design Thinking to improve their business and become more efficient.
