Operations Administrator

We are seeking someone to work with the Human Resource Director to analyze, maintain and enhance strategies for the production process by establishing systems and processes that improve internal efficiency. Your key role will be to find productions gaps, analyze production roadblocks and provide data for decisions making. You will work with human resources to resolve issues that may become roadblocks to production. These decisions will be based on the analysis of the numbers and data provided from sales projections. You will have a commitment and understanding of the importance of our people while creating business value.


  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal are a must
  • Technology background or knowledge a MUST
  • Project Management experience is an asset
  • Ability to work within a team environment with all levels of management and staff
  • Expertise with G Suite
  • Experience with budgets and high level finance
  • Business analysis or 2-3 years related work experience
  • Degree in Business or related field
  • IT or Computer Science considered an asset


  • Resourcing: Work through capacity numbers to help with business planning. Prepare weekly reports to assist in people decision-making.
  • Efficiency: Assist in the assessment and improvement of the production process to increase efficiencies, improve client satisfaction and create more valuable products and services while maintaining the profitability of the project. Work with human resources to maximize capacity usage.
  • Team building: Assist in the development of positive working relationships between product owners and their teammates. Foster teamwork and cooperation in the production process.
  • Visionary. Share thoughts on company-wide initiatives for department improvements, goal setting and performance measurement. Coordinate effort with other departments to achieve zu corporate goals.
  • Process Improvement: Create and enhance existing processes and templates that will better ease workflow and information flow internally and externally.
  • Morale: Monitor and assist in keeping good team morale at all levels.
